Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your use of Syncbos - a CRM, accounting, and client booking platform. By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to them.
1. Acceptance of terms
Syncbos is operated by Kaleemullah Naik (also known as "onlinetist"), a sole proprietor based in the United Arab Emirates, referred to here as "we," "us," or "Syncbos." By accessing or using Syncbos, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. The service
Syncbos is a multi-tenant business management platform providing CRM (contacts and pipeline), accounting (invoicing and expense tracking), and client booking (scheduling, availability, and calendar integration) tools, along with any additional features we add over time.
3. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter a binding contract to use Syncbos. If you're using Syncbos on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
4. Plans & billing
Syncbos offers Monthly and Yearly subscription plans, billed in advance and auto-renewing until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period - we don't provide partial-period refunds for mid-cycle cancellations (see our Refund Policy for the exceptions that do apply).
Prices, plan limits, and included seats are shown on our Pricing page and may change with notice; changes won't retroactively affect a billing period you've already paid for.
5. Free trial
No surprise charges. A card is required to start your 14-day free trial, but we never auto-charge it. Your trial simply pauses at day 14 unless you explicitly click "Upgrade" to start a paid plan.
Trials are limited to one per business/team. We reserve the right to limit or end trial access in cases of suspected abuse (e.g. repeated trial signups to avoid payment).
6. Lifetime access
"Lifetime" means the lifetime of the Syncbos product, not the lifetime of the purchaser. A lifetime license grants access for as long as we continue operating Syncbos as a live service.
Lifetime licenses are sold through AppSumo in tiers that define your seat limit and included features at the time of purchase. Refunds on lifetime purchases made through AppSumo are handled under AppSumo's own refund guarantee, not directly by us - see our Refund Policy for details.
7. Support policy
Lifetime license holders receive standard email support for 90 days from the date of purchase. After that window, support continues through our public documentation and knowledge base; direct priority email support is reserved for active Monthly/Yearly subscribers, who receive it for as long as their subscription is active.
We aim to respond to support requests within 2 business days. Support covers using Syncbos as intended - it doesn't include custom development, data migration from other tools, or third-party integration troubleshooting unless stated otherwise.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Syncbos to: violate any law; send spam or unsolicited communications through our booking or email features; attempt to breach, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform's security; resell or white-label the service without our written agreement; or store or process data you don't have the right to hold (e.g. client data collected unlawfully).
9. Your data & content
You own the data you put into Syncbos - your contacts, invoices, bookings, and related content. We don't claim ownership of it. You're responsible for having the necessary rights and consents (e.g. from your own clients) to store and process that data through our platform. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it on our end.
10. Intellectual property
Syncbos - its code, design, branding, and features - is our property. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; they don't transfer any ownership of the underlying software to you, including for lifetime license holders.
11. Termination
You may stop using Syncbos and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including after a warning where reasonably practical. If we discontinue Syncbos entirely, we'll provide reasonable advance notice and a window to export your data.
12. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Syncbos is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable and secure, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to Syncbos is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us directly before any formal proceeding.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as Syncbos evolves. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do, and for material changes, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify active subscribers by email.
